Store between 2-8°C. Do not freeze.
- Fowls intended for human consumption must not be slaughtered within 42 days after vaccination.
- Only healthy fowls should be vaccinated.
- Keep out of reach of children and uninformed persons.
- Destroy any unused vaccine by, for example, burning, and dispose of all vaccine containers after vaccination.
- Do not store partially used containers for future use and use the entire contents within 24 hours after opening.
- Avoid intravenous injection.
- Accidental self-injection may lead to a severe local allergic reaction.
- Consult a physician and inform him/her that the vaccine contains a mineral oil.
- Although this vaccine has been extensively tested under a wide variety of conditions, failure thereof may ensue as a result of a wide range of reasons. If this is suspected, contact the registration.
- Do not mix this vaccine with any other vaccines.
- Use according to the number of doses as indicated.
- The vaccine should be administered in accordance with standard aseptic conditions for vaccination.
- Avoid contact with the skin and self-injection.
- Used needles, syringes and bottles should be disposed of in a safe manner.
- It is good vaccination practice when handling the vaccine to avoid contact with the eyes, hands and clothing.
USE ONLY AS DIRECTED.
Allow the vaccine to gradually reach room temperature (20 - 25 °C) before use. Shake the bottle well before and at regular intervals during use. Once open the bottle must be used within 24 hours.
First vaccination: 6 - 8 weeks old
Inject 0,5 ml subcutaneously (under the skin) in the neck area of future layers and breeders.Booster vaccination: 4 weeks before the point of lay
A high degree of immunity is obtained after the first vaccination, however this immunity is stronger and longer lasting after a booster vaccination.
